Life Changes

I think we all come to a point where we have to make conscious decisions to live better.  I know I'm not getting any younger!  I have two small children and one about to enter double digits.  That's a lot of energy I need to try and keep up with, not to mention, the house, husband, dog, rabbits, full-time job, consultant and friends!  Makes me tired just typing it! 

Michael and I have decided to join the grown ups and eat healthier.  We've started Nutrisystem and are working on getting up off the couch!  It's been great so far.  The first 2 weeks are down and so are our weights!  I feel better, have more energy and less stomach complaints.  I think the way we are doing it is going to help us in the long term with smaller portion sizes and making better decisions.
